Lockup advice?

are the A1 Cardone's listed here what I'm looking for?

<http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/catalog.php?
carcode=1430486&parttype=1704&a=FR1-17985>

i don't want to buy crap, but i also don't need performance parts
(yet) - these prices look much better than the 170 i was expecting to
pay.
