Don't worry Shawn, due to the camaraderie on this list I'm sure everybody
will send you a few bucks for what you saved them. (Maybe you'll have
enough for a cup of coffee!)

Before the Net, only you and the Potterman would have known the results.
Now, lots of people know, especially many who are in the group most likely
to consider buying that ignition system. Ain't technolgy great?

Shawn, You results are probably correct. I am always skeptical of power
claims, especially for ignition wires (systems), but keep in mind that a
single dyno test is not always conclusive. Also, people have to keep in
mind what a dyno test actually shows (ie, measures). Two engines with the
same hp and torque, and even the same curves may not be the same. Some
engines just seem to "windup" faster under accelleration, so track testing
may show different results. For example, the engines for the IROC cars are
built to be exactly the same. They have differences, so they are dyno'd
and adjusted to remove the differences. Even so, there always seems to be
one that has more power than the others. That is one reason they change
the drivers from one car to another for each race.

Again, I think your results were probably correct.
