Good Car Day



Is this pin visibly corroded at the bottom?  That would be my throw-away point, as if the fuel had that much moisture in it, I'd bet
the pin isnt the only thing corroded beyond repair.

If it looks all nice and shiney (after spraying with carb cleaner), it's likely that it is stuck because of fuel that has simply
gummed over time.  I've seen them get rather sticky.

If the PB doesn't do anything to it, try carb cleaner.
