ok DPR tool works for AMPS. What are these readings???

Yep, it's supposed to bounce up and down. You need to mentally average it.
If it wasn't bouncing there would be something wrong with your CIS, probably the O2 sensor.
The Bentley has various tests showing what the current should be for various conditions such as warmup, idling, WOT switch closed.

Ok Dan, Cathy n gang,
I turned it over to mA and tada!!!! I get a running car giving me signals.  Now what are they. 8-)  At first when it was warming up it went to 0.00
Then after it got warm it started running around 5 and eventually up around 9.  However it bounced around all over the place.  When I say 5 it actually bounced from 2-11, but it seemed 4,5 was the average number that came up more.  Then when it warmed up I got 2-15 with 8, 9 being and average number up.

Is that normal?  I'm assuming it is sending the bouncing numbers because the O2 sensor is trying to adjust mixture?

Anyway the tool works! Thanks guys. Now I just gotta figure out how to use it properly.
