front cross member bar - ripoff?

my friend really hasnt had a great experience with black forest. he bought a
rear brace from them and it was the wrong one. once he found out and tried
to get a different one they kept giving him the run around.

"who are you"
"what did we send you"
"we have no record of this"

many times over. email after email. needless to say they never exchanged for
the right bar. lame
