URGENT HELP NEEDED!!! (Rabbit - fuel issue)

In case anyone was wondering......



It wasn't a kinked hose.....the assholes at Discount don't know jack about
VWs....so to them a fuel pump is a fuel pump is a fuel pump. BUT, the
Bentley says otherwise......


DIGIFANT vs. CIS = 40psi vs. 82psi

They gave me a Digifant pump, and had no CLUE that there were any other
types. I returned it and got one from my dad (incidentally, it's one we
tried on the truck....) that we tested at his house the next day. It was
holding good pressure and putting out good volume. I'm going to go
downstairs in a few and put the 'known-good' pump in and hopefully cure my
problem......

Notice the sig line though......

why?  I've swapped out pumps, fuel filters and checked flow rate. Gas looks
clean. Help.


I don't want to take out the CVs (and that's the only way to tow it as far
as it needs to go (automatic, and YES, I know to put in stub-axles).


HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!!!!
