What would you do? (long)

There was not a hole in it the tranny when it came out of my car. I
think he will be cool with the whole thing, I'll talk with him today.
This is one of the times I realize how time poor I am. The guy has no
car to get to work with. The only time I have to help him get a tranny
is today before noon or Wednesday. The pick-n-pull is 40 minutes away
and opens at 9am. I'm going to try to get it all done this morning, but
we'll see. Thanks for all the replies.
