how do you press the pass. motor mount in?

  the offset needs to be at what will be the bottom with the mount =
installed. best way to visualize is that the outer ring carries the =
engine weight, while the center pin is bolted to the chassis. when =
installed + loaded with the engine weight, the pin will move upwards and =
sit in the center of the mount (or the ring will move downward, =
whichever you prefer to picture).

    hey all, I just received my new passenger side motor mount.  I have =
the mount holder(the part you press it into) off of the engine, with the =
old mount still in it.  How should I go about pressing it out and =
getting the new one in?  Also, it DOES matter which way the new mount =
goes in, right, since the bolt hole is way off-center?  Thanks-=20
