block over boring



Correct me if I'm wrong (and I know everyone will!  :)  but wouldn't
overboring a PL block and paying for this kit be more $$ unnecessarily spent
than starting with 9A and just getting the 83.5 mm pistons and having the
existing block components balanced?

Doesn't the 9A block itself have a little more "meat" on it as well to bore
into?
