Alignment Specs please!



I have an appointment to have my daily driver 1985 8 valver aligned tomorrow
and I was wondering if any of you have kept your specs as you have
experimented.

My intentions for this car are to first and foremost use the car on an
almost daily basis for commuting to work and errands but I would also like
to use the cars for track days and perhaps a little bit of driving school
activities.

The car currently has Koni adjustables and H&R lowering springs all the way
around as well as all of the "old school" (does anyone else hate that phrase
as much as I do??) Neuspeed swaybars and stressbars....   I am wondering if
it should be tweeked for any particular caster/camber settings as well as if
it is important to shim the rear end on these cars?
