Larry,
Flip the page to 5-49, Table e. "Differential pressure regulator current - 
milliamps (mA)"
Adjusting value is listed as 10 +/- 1 mA and it should be 5.  Bottom end 
should not be lower than 2.5 mA for the emissions to stay in line (lower is 
richer).
