Re: Porsche 944T Master Cylinder on 81 Scirocco MS for 16V brakes.



Sorry for the delay guys, I spent the day painting the window trim back to
black on Mars...What a PIA...but it sure looks sweet now.

Anyhow,
A friend, Ruben, has been running this setup since on his 80S since 89 with
no problems.
I compared the part # on his Booster to the one on my 81 and it is
identical.
I also checked the MS to Booster fit and it there is no play, the pushrod in
to booster fits up against the female receiver on the MS with no play.
(Get yer minds outta da gutter :P )
Now I just have to find out what a new/rebuilt MS for a Porsche 944T runs.
I have not been able to check part #'s to verify it is actually from a 944T
(Ruben saw the guy pull it out of the donor before it was installed on his
car).
Another project for another day tho'.
