Re: Military Service

  I have to agree with eveything Dave said. It's almost incredible the way
one can tell if someone had served or not after they're out (and why, if they
got out with a dishonorable). Of course, I can say I enjoyed my service so
much the first time, I re-upped into a different service! It almost sickens
me if it didn't amuse me so much to hear a lot of first-termers, kids really,
complaining how they have it so bad, how thier life will be so much better
once they get out. Never mind they aren't doing anything to improve
themselves while they're in, but pinning all thier hopes on the change
happening the instant they get out.

Then there's dan's take on life;
>do in their life is:
>1- go through boot camp
>2- trip once on lsd or mushrooms
>JUST DON'T DO THESE AT THE SAME TIME!!!!!!
      Why not? Going through Ft. Leonardwood was fun enough, but it'd be a
total blast on LSD, just imagine what being near all the live fire ranges
would be like on that.... woo!
