Re: MKI stereo Qs?



Yes it was me actually :^)

It is kinda hard to describe what was done to make them fit.
I will try and get pic's with the door panels off for a later DIY tech
posting and full description.

I am running 5 1/4" MB Quart speakers in the front doors playing through the
stock map pocket/speaker housings.
Looking at the setup, no one knows it isn't stock.
The MB's require a large amp to power them but have very good performance
(and they are German :D )

If you want a more detailed description of what I did, e-mail me off list.
I will try to get pic's in the next couple weeks.
