2.0 8v.... whats the story morning glory?

	ok, so I'm really looking into a 2.0 conversion for my 84 8v.  I've talked
to a few listers, and so far I've heard that the 3A is the way to go.  Who
has done this?  What type of increase in performance will result?  is it
worth it?  how much does one of these bad boys cost?  Installation
problems/cost? Does anybody have one for me?
