Fw: Yes, another braking question.



I have recently done this to my Rabbit and found that the pedal was lower
than it was with the 9.4s on it.  But, the breaking was better.  After a
while the pedal came back and I would relate this too the pads seating into
the rotors.  I machined the rotors before I installed them and put new pads
on.  It took QUITE a while before the rotors were smooth again since they
aren't stopping the larger heavier car that they were on and are made to
stop.  HTH!!
