Hood hinge removal?

Does anyone out there know how to remove hood hinges from the body? I =
have my hood off the car right now, and I would like to remove the =
hinges in order to paint them, but I can't figure out how to get them =
off. Do they come off at all? If anyone out there knows, please help.
