I un-seized one of my calipers by tapping on the e-brake linkage.  On my
caliper, it sprung back into place (the caliper was seized "closed")
immediately.  But that's not really fixing the problem...once a caliper
seizes once, you can count on it doing it again sooner or later.  You can
get rebuild kits but I'm not sure if they address the problem of a sticking
e-brake mechanism or not.  HTH!
