Re: Front wheel bearings.



Heh. I WISH that were everybody. The car that I had with the terrible wheel
bearing, I bought that way. I had trouble towing it home because the wheel
barely rolled (I was only towing it three miles). As soon as I got home, I
replaced it. The wheel bearing that I've seen with the hub destroyed was my
dad's, but I think I would have done the same thing in his place. He noticed
it, and replaced it a week later. It was too late. (shrug)
Indeed, preventative maintenance saved money... and hassle and effort and
annoyance. And time, too, often.
