Timing belt and exhaust manifold

HELP!   l'm trying to remove the exhaust manifold from the 16V, and franly l'm
having some difficulties... Any suggestions?  l also need to know what all
needs to be removed in order to remove the timing belt itself !  Alredy
removed the upper cover, P/S pulley, and the first part of the crankshaft
pulley. 

This whole project is the begining of a much larger one..... l'm having the
head port and polished. Along with the entire intake manifold. l'll keep you
posted on my findings! TIA

These are the only difficulties l've had so far, even the injectors came out
easily (little push--pull action; alot easier when you can work from both
sides):)
