Sounds like wheel balance or a little quirk in a tire, most likely.  
Rotate front to back and see what happens.

You shouldn't be going that fast, it's a built in warning system :)

Alignment will not solve vibration problems, unless a worn part is 
replaced and you've already checked that.  Rotate first to see what 
effect that has and then get the wheels balanced.  HTH
