Yeah, I've had this happen before.  I went through 5 rebuilt calipers
before I got a set that 1. didn't leak, 2. the e-brake worked, and
3. the caliper actually would squeeze the pads.  After meeting those
minimal requirements, I was satisfied.  I bought them at Pep Boys, about
$90 each I think.  They *really* liked seein' me a bunch of times before
I got parts that worked.
