I'd like to see how 6x9's could be installed up front...there's not a
chance you could put them in the doors without major major work, and
there's no room in the kickpanels to fit 6.5's, let alone 6x9's.  You might
be able to mount them under the dash, but again you're looking at major
work.  The best bet is to drop in a set of 4x6 plates, like the ones made
by Alpine, Sony, Polk, or Boston Acoustics.  These are separate 4" woofers
and 3/4" tweeters mounted on a plate....

You could put the 6x9's in the rear shelf, but the OE rear shelf is 1/8"
particle board and will rattle like a motherf*cker.  I wouldn't
bother....actually you'd be surprised at the kind of bass you can get out
of 4x6 coaxials in the stock rear locations.  It's a little boomy but it is
pretty strong....
