Fluctuating idle

I am located in Jersey City, NJ. Terrible town. I am in the process of
seeking a new place to dwell in Bergen County. Thinking about Lyndhurst,
Rutherford and the such.

It was raining outside and the windshield was beginning to fog up, so I
turned on the defroster using heat.

What do you think about increasing the amount of fuel in the mixture?
