Help once again

My 82 rocco came all messed up in the fuse box......anyways my windsheild
wipers now have i believe the wrong Relay in them (actually i take it in
and out when they are needed)If i do not they stay on all the time....the
relay has a big 83 on the end....is there any markings i can look for to
see what relay needs to go into this spot? Anyone have any ideas if it is
not the wrong relay as to what could be the problem? Also i am still
looking for front and back lowering springs and struts (need the fronts
NOW), and interior parts up the Wazzooo :)
