Help!!! No Horns, upshift, ac

I need some help here....

A few months ago I was installing my stereo system and all of a sudden my
horns and upshift indicator stopped working..along with my AC. Well I
just tested my horns, they work great, I have no leaks in my cooling
system, but the compressor just does'nt turn on. Could It be that I blew
all 3 relays?? Since the 3 are right next to each other in the fuse panel?

The fuses 16 and 17 are good, and my oil pressure and temp warning light
is definitely working so I know fuse 17 is not shorting.

Any way to test a relay?
