On the rear side as it sits in the car. First, just remove the rubber boot
 and look in the throttle body. Look at the smaller os the two holes. If there
is a big restrictor plug in there you can benefit from removing it. If 
you don't see it you don't have it. It's pretty obvious when you're looking
in there.
