Bit Torrent Speeds



Many good reasons mentioned, however, there is a very large factor that can
cause the problem as well.  ISP's are now starting to filter the bit torrent
upload stream.  I know for a fact that comcast has started this in certain
area's.  Not saying that's your problem, but it's one that will start
becoming more prevailent in the near future.
