suspension update, and an alternator light Q



Good advice except for the dielectric grease on the battery connectors.

Dielectric grease is an electrical insulator.  You'd want to use petroleum 
jelly or a good ELECTRICALLY-CONDUCTIVE grease (it's available) for this.
