partially OT: Anyone know about stensils?

Thank you all! specially Grant as he came up with a good basis for me. I have an idea of where to start and maybe you will see my little handy work at Cincy.......but then again maybe not......hehehehe....

sprayers I've met cut their own. Usually drawn on cardstock, like a minila 
folder, then cut it out with an x-acto knife.
