it's assembled, but the guy i bought it from thinks he put a transisitor in
backwards.

it's never been installed, never tested. i havent even opened the case

i dont have the time or money to devote to MS at this point.

also comes with the stimulator,  d-sub for the I/O and a serial cable for
computer interface
