WAY OT: Rant, since it's slow, and I'm due

I have a problem with that evil silver black and white film
specifically. Like - I have about 2000 negatives I have to scan for a
project. My film scanner has Digital ICE - which removes all the dust
and scratches by scanning with an infrared channel and canceling out
that data. HOWEVER - silver also reflects the infrared - so you can't
use the Digital ICE on those negatives.

These have been sitting out in somebody's attic - so they are not
clean at all. so - I get to Photoshop out TONS AND TONS of crap out of
like 2000 pics, each one with a resolution of 4482x2870!! GaR!!

//Rant over!

Yeah - the weather here in PA has been WINDY. But it's ok - it's gonna
blow all the leaves off the trees and that's fine by me!
