   We tried to set a "Made In Canada" price for softwood lumber. We got 
so efficient that we got slapped with a tarriff on suspicion of dumping.
   So now for oil we will do what is expected and charge wathever the 
market will bear - and pocket the difference, rather than see it go to a 
tarriff :-)
