CV 'Quick Boots' from '78-79 Dodge Omni



There is an earlier version of outer CV that does not have the type of circlip that can be "jumped".
It must be spread with a screwdriver or whatever to remove the joint. If you look carefully at the inboard side of the inner part of the CV you will see an area that is cut away and the ends of the circlip that need to be spread for removal.
