Passat b4 transmissions..



I was selling Passats in '97 and had several customers notice that they seemed much slower.  They are no where near as fast as the manual Passats and do tend to take a lot more "pedal" than people expected.  



PS:  I saw a green '95 Passat Auto in a car lot in Henderson, TX, if anyone is interested.  It was kinda in the back of the lot like they were still trying to figure out how to get rid of it.
