Starting problems



Well I have tracked down the problem to the airflow plate, at least in 
my mind.  I remember pulling it up and it having much more resistance 
than I remember them having.  I thought they should move almost freely. 
  It was like it was being damped hydraulically or something.  Im going 
to go out and mess with it some more right now, Im guessing that if I 
can free it up then it should run normally.
