transaxle leak



Certainly, but you will need one of those clamps that has...  CRAP, I can't
remember the brand.  Basically, it is kind of long, with a flat piece of
metal inbetween the two clamp halves.  The pistol-gripped half has a trigger
that allows you to inch it ever closer to its' mate.  Damn!  I can't recall
the brand.  Anyways, you need either one of those, or a large screw that
will screw into the differential shaft in the middle of the CV drive flange.
Someone here will prolly know the size and thread pitch...  Along with the
screw you will need a piece of steel to go across the flange itself.  This
is so you can compress the CV slighly while you release the circlip under
the hockey-puck looking seal.  It is a bitch otherwise...
