88 scirocco: power window wont roll up

[amalventano1 at tds.net (Allyn)]

Hey all, 
	This is Sandei Al's wife.  I just picked up a 1991 Jetta.  It has power
windows and just like this 88 rocco, my windows will go down but not up.  This
problem is very intermittent and I have pulled at the relays.  Can anyone help
me, Allyn won't be home until Dec.
