carb upgrade MkI/II

The Weber DFEV 32/36 progressive is very adaptable to many engines and
a kit for that motor should be available that uses the stock intake
manifold and air horn.  Excellent driveability and good economy with a
healthy kick if you need the second barrel.  A carb alone won't help
the power much without exhaust and head improvements, however.
