Disassembling the Speedometer

I am following the instructions of Foxx (in a box) and Brett Van
Sprewenburg web sites.  I am confused as if the flexible circuit board
can be completely removed from the speedometer cluster.  I got
everything off except there seems to be six little silver connectors?
Located near the voltage stabilizer that seem to be holding it to the
speedometer casing.  I can take the entire tach and speedo out of the
housing but can't seem to separate the speedometer from the flexible
circuit board.  Can someone help?
