Poly strut inserts?

Are poly strut inserts worth it?
Not to me. The only benefit I can see is longevity. The price paid in
noise/harshness/vibration is not worth it TO ME. My priorities lean towards
pleasant every-day usage.
Will they make the car handle better? I don't see how....since they don't
prevent suspension "settings" change (like poly does in suspension arm
pivots).
So, I, as is the norm, fly in the face of list consensus.

it... Okay. Is that the concensus, or are there any desenters(sp?) among
the ranks? Anyone disagree? Anyone agree, but with some quid pro-quos?
Anyone care? Anyone at all?!

Breathing through my post-op'ed nose is kind of like trying to suck air
through a recently submerged sponge... But enough about my problems... :-)
