Yeah. I have a brain tumor that I think I can remove
with an Xacto knife and a pair of tweezers if I go 
through my right ear.  Should I use alcohol to sterilize 
the ear first?  I was thinking of drinking the rest of the 
vodka bottle, but if putting some Vodka in the ear first
will help, I'll do that.
