Intake options

I would use the A1 manifold and port it to match the larger TB.  I've done
this several times and it is rather brainless (I was able to do it!!).  Just
use the larger TB gasket as a guide.  Once you do this, though, stick the
adapter plate on ebay and it will pay for any expenses you've acquired
porting the intake!!  Those crazy ebay buyers!!
