In 5 years time the price differential between a 1.8 Ghz & 2.8 GHz will
be negligible. Sell the 1.8 in 5 years time and buy a 2.8 then for a few
pennies.

If you are buying second-had it's not worth getting anything other than
top-spec stuff.
