A/C compressors
The round type compressor is a Sanden SD-508, they are found on 84 and up Scirocco models. If it is a square type then it is a York which was installed at the Port or Dealership.
I would recommend buying a new or remanufactured unit, depending on your location they can go for $150 to $250
A reman from Autozone is $169 with a one year warranty.
