performance exhaust options?

The A2 1.6 Turbo diesels (MF code) uses the same resonator (or mid
muffler) as the A2 non-catalyst 8V's (GX, MZ) so the answer is, yes, I
guess so. The VW resonator is a straight through (ie non-baffled) muffler
anyways. I expect the TT etc. pieces would be the same thing.

Well, the rule (to a degree) for turbo diesels is bigger is better, or at
least less restriction is better... I will, however, stop short at a 4"
chromes stack (with rain cap, of course!) coming out of the right front
fender...!

Because I'm looking for maximum flow, I'm not entertaining any aftermarket
or custom pieces that do not have decent bends (mandrel please!) I am
looking to introduce a middle muffler/resonator as right now the
abesence of any muffler in the exhaust is just a bit rough at higher
rpm (although it does have that cool big truck sound... in a really
small way... :) )

The only piece I really need is the over-axle piece, although I would
entertain the middle muffler as well if the price was right. Is there not
someone on the list who sells TechtonicsTuning exhaust? Do they sell
components from the kit separately?
