tt race dp question: can I fit a cat with it?

Granted but you must realize and agree that if you didn't have to modify you
downpipe to fit your toilet bowl exhaust manifold it would of bolted up
rather easily. I think even the newest person to working on their car could
take 6 nuts off, install the pipe, and put the nuts (with washers) back on.
After taking your car in, paying for labor, paying for the supplies to
include piping, clamps, gaskets, environmental fees, shop fees, tax, etc you
could buy a cat back 2 1/4" pipe for about $100 or so from TT. If money is
an issue than you figure out how to get around it! I collected a few
odds-n-ends (which you have a yard full of, Brian), rented a spot at the
Spring Meet (for selling the parts), made enough to buy my DP, mid pipe, TT
motronic chip, a couple Bentleys, and a couple TT t-shirts. On the way home
I stopped at Good Guys and got a new VCR and a new portable CD player. I
still had about $400 left over and I didn't have a dime in the stuff that I
took with me to sell, just stuff I traded, swapped, or saved for a later
date (one example, traded a 16v head to someone in Australia for a upper and
lower 16v 50mm powder coated Golf intake and Euro fuel injection--that stuff
sold well!!!!). I have so many swapping and trading stories I could write a
book. And you all call Ron cheap!!!
