Yes

You need adjustable spring seats to alter the ride

You can get kits for this... you cut the original lower spring seat from
the strut, replace it with a length of externally threaded tube that
goes around the strut and the new spring seat screws onto this, so you
can screw it up or down the strut. They usually take narrow diameter
competition springs, which come in every conceivable length and spring
rate.
