flex-a-lite wiring help



yeah so uhhhh.....that didnt work. The wiring is correct according to 
this diagram <http://home.epix.net/~rhock99/pics/fan7.jpg> All ground 
wires connect and attach to the battery, and I now have a new relay. 
The fan has been tested, and works. Any ideas what to next?
