First, CHOOSE YOUR FRIENDS MORE CAREFULLY!!!!! Hi, this dude was a drug dealer?!?! what the f. is that? what do you expect from that caliber of human being???? Narky nark nark nag! :) Second, quit being a doormat to these losers. Third, if you fear some nasty vengefulness if you do anything... move, and buy a gun or a doberman.

Sorry to be so outspoken (especially since this is like the first post you've probably read from me... "who is this b___ch?") but I hate to see anyone get screwed over, especially since I've been in close to your situation in major ways (I consider myself older and wiser now).
